Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into user needs: Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand what users love, dislike, and need from Paperpal & Editage. Organize and schedule user research sessions and usability testing sessions.
- Become a data detective: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover hidden insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Present with confidence: Share your research findings with stakeholders in clear and compelling ways through presentations and reports, driving informed decision-making.
- Learn from the best: Grow alongside experienced UX professionals who will mentor you and guide your development.
- Assist with tagging and summarizing video recordings of user research sessions to enhance data accessibility and analysis.
- Draft and send out surveys and interview invitations to users to gather feedback.
