💼 Software Engineer – Bangalore ((NEW))

Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E- CS/IT -
Experience: 0 - 4 Years -
Skills: Agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective project execution.
- Support and coach the team in agile practices to continually improve their performance and process.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories and tasks.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments that block the team’s progress.
- Foster a culture of open communication and feedback within the team to encourage collaboration and trust.
- Work with stakeholders and team members to manage resource allocation, project scope, and timelines.
- Track project progress and produce meaningful metrics and reports to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Advocate for agile principles and practices within the team and organization, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Guide teams in estimating tasks and setting realistic and achievable goals.
- Monitor and help manage cross-team dependencies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience and success working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role facilitating agile teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools – JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking progress.
- High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Stipend: ₹4LPA—₹12LPA (Glassdoor)
