Terms & Conditions for Courses

  1. Eligibility: This course is open to anyone who is willing to learn programming language/skills or academic internship. There is no age restriction or qualification restriction for the same. However,  one must have basic understanding of computer programming.
  2. Fees and Payments (if any): The cost of the course is as mentioned in the respective course page. Payments can be made through UPI/Internet Banking only. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  3. Course Materials: All course materials, including videos, readings, and assignments, will be provided online. Access to the course materials will be granted upon receipt of full payment.
  4. Intellectual Property: All course materials are freely available in the internet. The property rights belongs to the respective content creators. Jumpwhere curates the right content (picking the right glass of water from the ocean) needed for the course and presents in the platter for learners. All the assignments, project requirement and operational activities rights belong to Jumpwhere.
  5. Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability: The course provider is not responsible/liable for any damages or losses incurred by the student during the course.
  6. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to refrain from any conduct that is detrimental to the course or other students. Any student found to be in violation of this code of conduct may be removed from the course at the discretion of the course provider.
  7. Technical requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary hardware and software to participate in the course. The course provider will not be held responsible for any technical issues that may arise due to the student’s lack of proper equipment or internet connection.
  8. Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion. The course provider reserves the right to revoke or deny certification to any student who is found to have cheated or plagiarized any course materials.
  9. Changes to the course: The course provider reserves the right to make changes to the course content and schedule as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to students as soon as possible.
  10. Privacy Policy: The course provider will not share personal information provided by students with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the course or as required by law. The course provider’s privacy policy is available on the course website.
  11. Acceptance of terms: By registering for the course, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The course provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
