REPORTING TIME: 9.00 AM to 12.30 PM only
Skills Required for Technical Support Intern Job Opening at Sands:
- Freshers – B.E. / B.Tech (ECE / EEE / EIE / MECHATRONICS) 2022 & 2023 Passed Out.
- You shall be keen to learn, willing to work hard, maintaining productivity and committed to the job.
- Experience developing technical documentation
- Should have good interpersonal Skills
- Must also have good Problem Solving skills
- A keen eye for detecting anomalies in data
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners via email, phone, and screen-shares.
- Communicate effectively with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
