Stipend: Upto ₹28K/Month (Expected)
Job Description for SDET Intern Job Opening at Bookee:
- Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team to create test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories
- Test Execution: Execute test cases and perform manual testing to identify and report defects and issues
- Regression Testing: Assist in regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved in new releases
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports
- Bug Tracking: Use bug tracking tools to report and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Automation Support: Learn and assist in test automation activities under the guidance of senior QA engineers
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to ensure a seamless QA process
Preferred Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in quality assurance and software testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus
- Currently based in Bengaluru city
