Job Description for Product Design Intern Job Opening at Bookee:
- Assist in the design and prototyping of new features and enhancements for our digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to refine and iterate on design concepts.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Participate in design critiques and workshops to continuously improve design quality.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system and guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a user-centred design approach.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for design and eagerness to learn in a dynamic team setting.
