Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Master's/Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computers

Roles and responsibilities:
- You will provide engineering expertise to tackle, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within efficient design specifications.
- Investigate, debugs and reproduces issues, provides fixes and workarounds and verifies changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.
- Demonstrate continuous improvements and increased efficiency to the software or business processes by using Software Engineering tools, innovative techniques and the reuse of existing solutions.
- Contribute to meeting the SLAs and critical metrics as applicable for the account and unit – for example, responsiveness, resolution, software quality SLAs, etc.
- Internal/external customer’s interface to improve the understanding of customer problems and verifies that an appropriate resolution has been applied.
Skills Preferred for Software Engineer Job Opening at Amdocs:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computers – 2023 Graduates
- Aggregate >60% with no gap
- Should have good Knowledge in full stack Java based application software development.
- Should have knowledge in any programming languages Java/J2EE, AngularJS/JavaScript, Python, C or C++.
- Strong have knowledge on NoSQL databases (i.e., Cassandra, Scylla, HBase, etc.), Traditional RDBMS and SQL (Postgres, Aurora, etc.)
- Should be very strong in software programming and generalizing the code and modules.
- Should be able to Understand product/custom code and debug it with minimum guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Able to work in Shifts to serve the customers better.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and achieving higher technical skills.
- Have logical mindset
- Team player who will innovate & will think out of the box to continue improving the way Amdocs serves its customer.
