Responsibilities for QA Analyst Job Opening at Revolut:
- Completing monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by Quality Control
- Highlighting and reporting any issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Quality Assurance Head
- Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment
- Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing
- Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance
- Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution
- Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department
- Collaborating with other teams across different locations
