Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or related fields
Job Location: Hybrid (Work From Home)
Experience: 0-1+ years
Skills: Critical problem solving skills
Stipend: 20K/Month Expected
Responsibilities:
- Product : Assist in developing, managing and improving the product. Tracking metrics and getting user feedback
- Growth : Talking to both B2C and B2B users for acquisition. Implementing GTM, building an audience and generating leads
- Other responsibilities include, managing founder’s calendar, delegating and following up with tasks and collaborating with multiple teams
Roles:
- Track and report metrics of growth to product and business leads.
- Reach out to potential users and get feedback for actionable insights
- Delegate work from the founders and help reclaim their time
- Assist in reaching out to investors
- Carry out market research
- Understand the product offering & industry
- Challenge the Founders approach & decision making instead of being a ‘yes man’
