Job Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive features. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Back-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Python and Django or Flask frameworks. Implement and optimize database schemas (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to support application requirements. Develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
  
• Database Management: Manage and optimize databases to ensure data integrity, security, and performance. Implement data migration, transformation, and scripting as needed. Collaborate with database administrators to address performance and scalability challenges.
  
• Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the source code. Collaborate with team members through code reviews and continuous integration practices.
  
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase. Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve software defects.
  
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers. Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Personal Skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
