Key Responsibilities for Cloud Tech Support Job Opening at Accenture:
- You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations.
- You are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
- This also involves using RPA tools to design process flows, write code, create technical documentation to provided end to end automation.
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, .NET to provide automation.
- Must have knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
- Automation Anywhere
- Also has the ability to establish strong client relationship
- Should have problem-solving skills
- must be having good Written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Robotic Process Automation
