- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related Business Development
- Strong experience in lead generation and related BD tools
- Proven track record in IT sales, marketing and developing new customer base
- Ability to manage complex tasks and multitask
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing revenue & business growth goals and strategies
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Identifying potential clients, establishing rapport and organizing meetings
- Increase the value of current clients and acquiring new ones
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals and strategies for the business development team
