Job Description for Associate Engineer I Job Opening at Asteria:
- Work closely with production team to organize the production workflow for one or multiple products.
- Prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
- Determine the necessary resources (raw materials, documents & equipment’s required to meet production demand.
- Assign and Monitor Production Operations – Issuing & loading work orders, follow-up and monitor progress to ensure on time completion of operations.
- Data Management and Reporting – Collect and maintain accurate data for daily reporting.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless production processes.
- Responsible for taking matured self-decision during any crucial activities and provide clarification for the same.
- Adhere to Company Rules & Regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- Strong mathematical and statistical abilities.
- Experience as a production planner or in a related role.
- Familiarity with production planning principles and quality control.
- Should have good verbal communication skills.
- Should have fluency in Kannada, Hindi & English Languages.
- The individual must have attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to execute the activities as per asteria standards.
- Should be good at following instructions and work collaboratively with CFT team.
- The individual shall be flexible during working hours based on the work assignments.
- The individual shall be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
