Experience: Fresher's
Basic Qualifications Required to be successful in this role :
- Any Graduate fresher/UG with Technical Voice BPO Exp
- Troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications,
- Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledgebase
- Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents
- Passport Mandatory
- US shifts and rotational offs
Preferred Skills:
- Service Desk PRIMARY SKILL
- Technical Troubleshooting L1 PRIMARY SKILL
