- Build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Provide service desk voice support.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
Basic Qualifications Required to be successful in this role:
- Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Experience in providing technical support in a service desk environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based in Bengaluru.
