Roles And Responsibilities:

• We are a lean team and you’ll work on the entire technology stack for each feature you build, which includes the backend, frontend and any deployment automation required. You role will be to build new features, improve them based on customer feedback, and scale them as usage grows while ensuring performance and security.
• Every engineer who has spent more than a year at Instahyre has improved drastically, at a much faster pace than at their previous workplaces. You’ll learn backend, frontend, devops and user experience.
• If you want to work on new technologies for the sake of it then we are not a good fit. If you want to build a great product loved by customers, then join us!

Preferred Skills:

• Our backend is written in Python/Django, frontend is AngularJS and database is MySQL. You don’t need to know these technologies as long as you’re willing to work on them here.
• In terms of technical knowledge, you just need to have strong fundamental knowledge of computer systems and web systems. You should be good in at least one backend programming language – Python/Django is a bonus.
