Mindtree EDGE is a one-of-a-kind, fully sponsored learn-and-earn programme that provides qualifying B.Sc. and BCA graduates with a fantastic opportunity to develop a successful career with Mindtree. While pursuing an M.Tech degree in Software Engineering at BITS Pilani, a globally renowned college, it is one of the world’s leading technology consulting and services firms.
The candidate will help Mindtree with development, maintenance, infrastructure support, and testing, among other things. Candidates will be enrolled in BITS Pilani’s complete, eight-semester, UGC-approved M.Tech programme after completing a three-month technical training programme to learn about their work. This will open up opportunities for high-growth careers in the fast-paced and fascinating world of technology.
Eligibility Criteria for Mindtree EDGE Program:

Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Academic Performance:
- At least 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA
Additional Criteria
- B.Sc. graduates must have had Core Mathematics as a subject in graduation. Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will not be considered.
- Full-time, UGC-recognized education in 10th, 12th, diploma, and graduation. Distance learning or part-time degrees will not be considered.
- Graduation should have been completed in 3 years with no gaps.
- Mindtree will sponsor 100% of the M.Tech program fee.
Hiring Process
- Aptitude and technical tests are administered before an HR interview.
- Mindtree Limited has sole discretion over hiring, which is contingent on eligibility and performance in the interview.
