Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
- Identify and document defects, issues, and inconsistencies in a clear and organized manner.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test matrices.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss testing progress, results, and potential roadblocks.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
- Help streamline and improve the QA process by providing feedback on test cases, processes, and tools.
