Job Description for Graduate Engineer Trainee Job Opening at Purplle:

Operations Monitoring

• Assist in monitoring warehouse processes such as inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, and outbound activities.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other analytical tools to track key performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency.
• Actively support daily operations and identify areas for improvement to minimize delays and inefficiencies.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting mechanisms and enhance data visibility.

Issue Resolution & Process Optimization

• • Assist in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Participate in process optimization initiatives, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements in productivity and quality.
  • Contribute to ongoing Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive cost reduction and operational excellence.
