💼 Program Manager- Intern – Gurgaon ((NEW))

Qualification: BE/BTech graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field -
Experience: 0 - 1 Years -
Skills: Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Implementation Engineers and cross-functional teams to drive timely and successful merchant go-lives
- Track and manage end-to-end onboarding timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, communicate progress, and proactively resolve blockers
- Maintain structured documentation and SOPs for implementation and escalation processes
- Support dashboard and project tracker updates, ensuring visibility across stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with business and tech teams to align requirements and execution
- Prepare reports, track risks, and ensure timely resolutions to keep merchant activations on track
Required Skills:
- BE/BTech graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communicator with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and handle multiple priorities with ease
