• Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze fluid flow and heat transfer.
• Utilize Ansys Icepak for thermal analysis and design optimization.
• Perform hand calculations to verify simulation results and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to the thermal and fluid design aspects of electronics packaging.
• Analyze  test data and correlate with simulation results to refine models.
• Create detailed technical reports and documentation of simulation approaches and outcomes. Provide results and suggestions to the engineering team and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform hand calculations for heat transfer and fluid flow.
• Strong Theoretical knowledge in fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
• Knowledge in CFD simulation tools with a focus on fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
• Familiarity with simulation  software like Ansys Icepak, fluent is a plus
• Basic knowledge of  Electro-thermal, Thermo-Mechanical aspects of electronics design is a plus.
