Job Location: Hyderabad

Skills:  CAD and BIM skills

Salary: Upto 3.5LPA - 5 LPA (As per glassdoor)

Responsibilities of an Graduate Engineer Trainee Job Opening at KONE:

  • Participate in product training, release updates, and technical sessions

  • Support sales, installation, and maintenance teams with product knowledge

  • Engineer solutions for modernization, component upgrades, and non-standard builds

  • Act as the technical point of contact between front line and supply teams

  • Define technical content for sales tools and ensure alignment with customer needs

  • Create accurate product specifications, drawings, and layouts for custom cases

  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety, and KONE engineering policies

  • Analyze site conditions and confirm feasibility of proposed solutions

  • Collaborate across departments for cost estimation, material sourcing, and lifecycle planning

  • Provide input on product improvements and standardization

Performance Measures

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Accuracy in engineering and cost estimation

  • Timely delivery of technical documents and milestones

  • Reduction in quality issues and rework

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
  • Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms
  • Good CAD and BIM skills
  • Basic knowledge of competitors’ products
  • Good understanding of how a product’s total costing is built up
  • Good understanding of local norms and regulations
