- Handling recruitment at all levels
- Complete recruitment activities- Identification of vacancies, preparing job description, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.

- Joining formalities
- Issuing appointment letters
- Specific Job Knowledge
- Good Communication & Analytical Skills
- Excellent PC Skills (MS-Office)
- Should be well versed with Local Language
- Employee engagement and motivation activities
Experience of HR candidate:
2 years of experience in all the above mentioned HR operations.
Education of HR candidate:
- UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization.
- PG: Post Graduation Not Required, MBA / PGDM – HR /Industrial Relations
