• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytics-driven solutions aligned with the business strategy.
• Use advanced analytics techniques to develop solutions that improve understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
• Work in Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver on project and Scrum outcomes.
• Support the design and delivery of efficient, simple, and automated processes where possible.
• Communicate complex data insights in a meaningful and visually engaging way for stakeholders.
• Explore and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies for analytics.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Strong knowledge of data management principles.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with data architecture, data engineering, and data science concepts.
• Knowledge of decisioning disciplines and experience with relevant coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with key data analytics tools and systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of the financial services domain and ability to assess business risks, opportunities, and impacts.
