Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for PTC products (e.g., Windchill, Creo).

• Investigate reported issues and address customer questions.

• Follow quality management procedures and best practices.

• Use PTC’s case management tool to log issues and track status.

• Create and publish knowledge articles for internal and external use.

• Participate in training, mentoring, and continuous development programs.

• Recommend training opportunities for the support team.

• Troubleshoot and configure PLM applications in cloud or on-premise environments.

• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and other PTC departments for issue resolution.

• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and quality management procedures.

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver first-class support for critical customers.

Requirements Of Assoc Product Analyst Job Opening at PTC:

• 0-2 years’ experience in a similar support services or software development field i.e. hands on/practical/business environment that utilizes technical and soft skills
• Object oriented programming background using Java
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with Windows and UNIX Operating Systems
• Experience / exposure to relational database technologies (Oracle, MS SqlServer, etc.)
