Job Description for User Experience Designer Job Opening at Zoho:

• Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary team environment, focusing on problem-solving and holistic design solutions.
• Translate user requirements, wireframes, and prototypes into high-fidelity mockups and design assets.
• Analyze user data and metrics to make informed design decisions and continually improve the user experience.
• Implement best practices for usability, accessibility, and user interaction while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Be detail-oriented and have a conscientious approach to your work
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt seamlessly to changing priorities.
• Confidently articulate UX design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with teams and customers
• Embrace feedback positively and maintain a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude towards improvement.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore beyond comfort zones, and proactively seek knowledge through questioning and exploration.

Requirements:

• Looking for fresher or no more than 3 years of experience in user experience field
• Proven experience in UX design roles, showcasing a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate expertise in user experience field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and a conscientious approach to work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
