IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Trainee– TOC Analyst

Should be willing to work at 24/7 support
Create, maintain & update system documentation where required
Ensure that all incidents and Service Requests are logged into the helpdesk system, ensuring all relevant information of the request is logged in the ticket

Minimum Experience

Should have basic knowledge on Computers
Must have basic knowledge on Java & Selenium
Should have basic knowledge on automation skills

Additional Requirements for a Trainee – TOC Analyst

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have highly vigilant
Should be more proactive
