Eligibility Criteria 

Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MSc/MCA - (IT/CE)
Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

  • Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
  • Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
  • Conducting research and collating data.
  • Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
  • Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
  • Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.

Preferred Skills for Trainee Software Engineer Job Opening at Radix:

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Interview Process:

  • Round 1 – Online/Offline Assessment Test – 90 Mins
    MCQ & Coding Questions – Selected Candidates will be notified for Round 2
  • Round 2 –Written Test – 30 Mins
    Pseudo Programming – Selected candidates will be notified for Final Round
  • Round 3 (Final)  –  HR Interview (PI) – 30 Mins
    Selected Candidates will be offered various roles & responsibilities based on their skills
