Job Description for Technical Engineer Job Opening at IDEMIA:
- Integration Planning:
- Develop comprehensive integration plans, considering hardware, software, and network components.
- Identify potential challenges and devise mitigation strategies.
- Implementation and Deployment:
- Coordinate the installation and deployment of integrated systems.
- Ensure proper configuration and connectivity of all components.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of integrated systems to ensure functionality and performance.
- Address and resolve any issues identified during the testing phase.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on integration progress.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide technical support for integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that integrated systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.
- Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Integrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network components.
- Proficiency in system integration tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience is Biometric Solution will be strong value added.
