Responsibilities:
- Understand software requirement & its translations to Design
- Quick in understanding technical/functional area of key modules
- Develop quick working prototypes as and when necessary
- Identify and resolve technical risks
- Manages technical communication with leads and stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality
- Good understanding of SAFe Agile methodology for estimation & execution process
- Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective
Skills Required For Software Engineer Job Opening at Philips:
- Overall 1+ years of experience in software development in C++ & Linux
- Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills
- Experience & firm knowledge in software design concepts and design patterns
Personal Characteristics
- Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Smart, creative, team-oriented and collaborative, with strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence without direct authority
- Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented
