Responsibilities of Software Engineer Job Opening at NCR Atleos

• Perform as an individual contributor with fair degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
• Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
• Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
• Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
• Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.

Qualification and Skills Required 

• 1-2 yrs relevant experience in software/firmware coding.
• Ability to code in C++ in Windows. Knowledge of C++ is mandatory
• Knowledge of OS Internals (process/memory management, IPCs & synchronization etc)
• Exposure to serial protocols, SPI/I2C/USB, will be a plus
• Hands on working with IDEs like Visual Studio, eclipse etc.
• hands on with Windows system programming would be a big plus
• Effective & clear written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use tools like JIRA, MS Office & Outlook.
• Ability to work within non co located teams.
