Key Responsibilities

• Verification and Validation on premise/Embedded products (System testing, Functional, Load and Performance testing)
• Basic experience working and troubleshooting on embedded test systems environment.
• Reviewing requirement documentation for accuracy and correct content
• Maintain the hardware lab infrastructure including Servers, PCs, embedded equipment and test tools.
• Test case preparation, review, execution and completion activities. Helping provide and communicate test scripts, set up and use to offshore teams
• Creating and documenting test cases and verifying multiple fixes in new code releases.
• Closely following written test plans to verifying new software and changes to existing product
• Basic understanding of software verification methods and tools currently in use
• Exposure towards the basic concepts of Test Automation.

Skills Required For Software Engineer Job Openings at Honeywell:

• Understanding various software test & development lifecycle
• Experience in Building management & Security applications (access / intrusion / CCTV) is a PLUS
• Knowledge of agile and software test practices and tools
• Highly self-motivated and independent contributor as well as team player
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Good communication skills, in both verbal and written
• Excellent debugging skills
• Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
• Seeking proactive feedback for continuous improvement and Build relationships and collaborating with business partners.
