- Must be able to prioritize the tasks of the team, balancing both the support and development aspects of the role;
- Have strong organizational capabilities, managing expectations and raising exceptions to plan in a timely manner;
- A can-do, flexible attitude driven to ensure high quality delivery in a 24 x 7 x 365
