Eligibility Criteria for Quality Analyst:

You must have experience in data analysis and Excel.
First and foremost, trends should be discovered based on audit output.
Secondly, aggregate audit data based on the audit findings.
The auditor should be proficient in MS-Excel functions and preferably be proficient in VBA for MS-Excel. This will help in efficient data aggregation.
An ability to understand basic statistics and distributions as well as ability to detect patterns in data is a plus.
She/he is expected to mentor as well as help new recruits to ramp up quickly.
They should be willing to participate in team meetings, in addition to contributing to knowledge sharing.
Auditor is expected to create as well as maintain process documentations on an ongoing basis.
Must be able to identify root cause as well as work with Support Engineers/Developers to fix errors and prevent recurrence of the identified errors.· SM auditor should have an eye for detail and data accuracy skills.
It is also necessary to be able to analyze as well as provide objective, actionable feedback based on the trend surfaced.
She/he is expected to follow through on their commitments as well as deliver on time.
Should be able to work independently, prioritize as well as schedule work assignments based on deadlines.
