Job Description of a Quality Analyst :
- You must have experience in data analysis and Excel.
- First and foremost, trends should be discovered based on audit output.
Secondly, aggregate audit data based on the audit findings. - The auditor should be proficient in MS-Excel functions and preferably be proficient in VBA for MS-Excel. This will help in efficient data aggregation.
- An ability to understand basic statistics and distributions as well as ability to detect patterns in data is a plus.
- She/he is expected to mentor as well as help new recruits to ramp up quickly.
- They should be willing to participate in team meetings, in addition to contributing to knowledge sharing.
- Auditor is expected to create as well as maintain process documentations on an ongoing basis.
- Must be able to identify root cause as well as work with Support Engineers/Developers to fix errors and prevent recurrence of the identified errors.· SM auditor should have an eye for detail and data accuracy skills.
- It is also necessary to be able to analyze as well as provide objective, actionable feedback based on the trend surfaced.
- She/he is expected to follow through on their commitments as well as deliver on time.
- Should be able to work independently, prioritize as well as schedule work assignments based on deadlines.
