Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
- Experience in the area of software testing
- 1-4 years of experience using one or more CAD softwares (CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks etc)
- Experience with at least one scripting language (shell, Python, Perl, LISP, Scheme, VBA, JavaScript, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Role description & responsibilities for QA Engineer Job Opening at Dassault Systemes
- Develop and maintain automated tests in the domain of 3D CAD interoperability
- Develop expertise on usage of industry standard CAD modelers like Inventor, Creo, Solid Edge, Smart3D
- Understand the industry usage of domains such as Mechanical CAD, Architectural CAD, Plant Design
- Use VB and other scripting tools to automate CAD model creation
- Monitor and validate the performance of CAD translation tests
- Validation of customer reported issues after they are fixed by development
