We are looking for an experienced design leader to define the Swiggy Experience across multiple channels (Desktop and Mobile Web, Android and iOS Apps) – both in terms of incredibly simple and intuitive user experience, as well as a common visual language for all our properties.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Principal UX Designer will be responsible for leading a team of UX / Visual / Motion designers and working very closely with Engineering and Product Management to build a seamless end-to-end food discovery and delivery experience for our Customers.

The ideal candidate for the role should have shipped successful consumer-facing products, should be able to exhibit high level conceptual thinking about product and user problems, should be able to articulate functional and aesthetic design choices, and should be able to display a deep understanding and empathy for the Customer.
A UX Designer at Swiggy will be expected to bring to the table:
- A very high degree of focus on the Customer
- High level conceptual thinking about product and user problems
- The ability to articulate and defend design choices using research / data
- A solid understanding of prevailing trends in visual and interaction design
- Proficiency with Design and Prototyping tools, and pixel-perfect detailing
