Eligibility Criteria For Manual Testing Intern

Education BE/B.Tech in the disciplines of EEE/ECE/CSE or MCA degree or equivalent experience

Job Location Hyderabad

Experience Freshers

Skills Microsoft OS and software practices

Stipend Upto ₹28K/ Month (Expected)

 Responsibilities of Manual Testing Intern Job Opening at OSI

• Set up test environment
• Develop test cases against requirements/user stories
• Execute assigned test runs and  update Test Case management and Defect Tracking Tool Enter defect details and links to appropriate test runs.
• Complete assigned tasks on-time and in accordance with the appropriate process.
• Participate in technical reviews to ensure product quality.
• Regular status reports of testing activities
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
• Generate test reports
• Develop Test Automation scripts under supervision

Required Skills

• Must be able to use PC and software testing tools
• Knowledge of Screening and Scanning technologies is a plus
• Exposure to Security Systems domain is a plus

Specific Knowledge

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles, Testing Life Cycle and testing Concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS and software practices
• Comprehend Test set-up.
• Test automation knowledge and prior experience with Selenium is a definite plus
• Working knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with very good teaming skills
• A commitment to ongoing training and self learning
• Good time management and self-organization

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in the disciplines of EEE/ECE/CSE or MCA degree or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification will be a definite plus.
