Responsibilities Of an Junior Software Engineer Job Opening at Spritle:
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end system issues efficiently
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets
- Maintain and enhance UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Write and debug Python scripts to automate and optimize support workflows
- Participate in system testing, validation, and minor feature enhancements
- Support the development of internal tools to aid team operations
- Document resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and known issues in a knowledge base
- Gain a functional understanding of the core product and associated workflows
- Assist in integrating external systems and APIs
