Responsibilities for the Junior QA Engineer Job Opening at Parikshak.ai:
- Own manual testing across core user journeys—candidate login, recruiter dashboards, interview workflows, analytics, and more
- Understand features deeply, test across roles (students, admins, recruiters), and find bugs others would miss
- Design and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports across sprints
- Work tightly with product and engineering to flag, document, and reproduce edge cases and tricky user scenarios
- Help shape a culture of quality across the product—be the voice of “this doesn’t feel right” in every standup
- Support basic automation (if you’ve got the skills) and scale manual efforts as the platform grows
Requirements qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 0–2 years of QA experience (internship, freelance, or live projects count!)
- You love finding edge cases, unpolished flows, or broken logic before users do
- Basic understanding of web/mobile testing, tools like Jira/Notion/TestRail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ability to document bugs clearly with steps, screenshots, or Looms
- Bonus: You’ve worked on SaaS products, HRTech, or edtech tools before
