Skills Required for Jr. Robotics Engineer Job Opening at Kody Technolab:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.E., M. Tech) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Robotics.
- Strong understanding of robotics principles, including kinematics, dynamics, sensors, and actuators.
- Knowledge of electronics principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
- Familiarity with robotic hardware platforms, microcontrollers, and robotic operating systems (e.g., ROS).
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for innovation.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Design and develop cutting-edge robotic systems, integrating hardware and software components to meet project objectives.
- Implement robust control systems using high-level programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality of robotic systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in robotics through continuous research and learning.
- Document project progress, technical specifications, and code for future reference and collaboration.
- Test and evaluate the performance of robotic systems against predefined criteria and user requirements.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of robotic systems in real-world environments.
