Key job responsibilities:

• Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other channels to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  
• Conduct interviews (telephonic and in-person) to assess applicant skills and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  
• Assist in organizing company career events and job fairs.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented.
  
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
  
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
