Responsibilities:
- Spear Head the Creative and Design function at HouseJoy.
- Responsible for leading the Design team and function – with multi-faceted design operations and requirements
- Create, Ideate, Shoot and develop the entire communication for ATL
- Coordinate and work on various city level requirements on BTL
- Adaptation and creation of templates for regular usage for City teams and Category teams
- Candidate should be an energetic and self-motivated individual who is willing to get his hands dirty – to work on designs himself and also train the team
- Creative thinker with 7+ years of experience working with Creative agencies or Consumer Brands.
- Cost optimizer comes unsaid when working for a start-up, the candidate should be able to match his ideas with achievable goals
- Strong strategist with a view of future to ensure consistency of brand imagery over sustained periods and also across various consumer communication touch points.
