Hiring roles for Graduate Virtual Career Fair Job Opening at Superset Varsity:
Software Support Engineer
- Develop and test software components based on functional requirements and low-level designs.
- Write and optimize database queries, perform CRUD operations, and implement stored procedures.
- Conduct manual and automated testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve service tickets.
Application Support Engineer
- Support and maintain enterprise applications by writing and testing database queries and stored procedures.
- Execute test cases, diagnose issues, and resolve service tickets as per operational procedures.
- Ensure software functionality aligns with business requirements and low-level designs.
Technical Support Specialist
- Provide first-level technical support, log and track IT issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Diagnose hardware/software problems, collaborate with IT teams, and maintain a knowledge base.
- Enhance self-service options through documentation and problem-solving resources.
IT Operations Associate

- Manage IT environments by following SOPs and runbooks for system operations.
- Ensure compliance with security and customer communication protocols.
- Maintain and monitor production servers, applications, and scheduled jobs for smooth operations.
