Job Description for Graduate Engineer Job Opening at Mavenir:
- Provide remote support for telecom and software systems
- Debug and resolve network issues across 2G/3G/4G VoLTE – IMS, core components like SBC, MRF, DRA, etc.
- Perform trace analysis and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
- Support system upgrades, configurations, and SLA adherence
- Work flexibly across shifts and international time zones
- Assist in software development or automation for Mavenir’s cloud-native telecom platforms
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application testing, and scripting tasks
