Eligibility Criteria for GET Intern Job Opening at Kounsel:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
 Electronics, or a related field

Job Location: Delhi(Remote)

Experience: Freshers

Duration: 3 Months

Skills: Kotlin, Java, python or C++

Stipend: Upto ₹28K/Month (Expected)

Who we are looking for:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
• 1-year experience in a related field
• Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
• Basic Git experience
• Experience using Kotlin,  Java, python or C++
• The ideal candidate will be with both manual and automation testing skills and able to support Agile SDLC
• Basic knowledge of manual testing and automation framework (BDD / Data Driven / Selenium / TestNg /etc.)

General Requirements:

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last two years.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
• Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).

Responsibility:

• Work closely with the product owner, UX designer, Development, and DevOps teams, perform testing activities in an Agile development environment, and deliver high-quality applications in a collaborative manner
• Focus on functional testing, may also support non-functional testing, such as performance testing, etc.
• Report testing progress timely, highlight risks to stakeholders and manage defects
• Be responsible for software testing and quality assurance of the product
• Understand and analyze requirements, prepare test data, design and execute test cases via manual and/or automation testing, and follow testing standards
• Adopt and develop automation framework/tools, continuously improving automated test suites
• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements
• Develop effective test strategies and plans.
