Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer system performance metrics and gather operational data
- Provide remote technical support including log collection and preliminary troubleshooting
- Handle and update tickets through the Service Portal
- Maintain structured logs of support activities and issue tracking
- Track and monitor spare part usage and inventory data
- Assist in preparing performance reports and data summaries
- Escalate technical issues to engineering teams when required
- Support documentation of recurring issues and solutions
