Skills: Strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas), good communication skills
Required Skills:
- Support day-to-day Talent Management operations and processes
- Maintain and analyze HR datasets using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
- Assist in employee engagement, onboarding, and data audits
- Prepare reports/dashboards for leadership reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Interest in HR/Talent Management processes
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
