Basic Qualifications:

• Own core product capabilities and drive them to deliver the highest quality product.
• Design and develop test frameworks for automation.
• Develop new testing tools for various use cases.
• Maintain an automated test environment to perform unit, functional, and stress testing.
• Setup and configure automation running part of the CI-CD pipeline.
• Participate in the creation and enhancement of the continuous integration platform used to test the product.
• Develop and execute automated performance tests.
• Develop test plan & automation by working closely with PM on requirements and with dev to understand design.

Required Skills:

• Exposure and interest in working on automation tools
• Exposure to Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, Selenium grid.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, Shell Scripting, Data structures, OOPS concepts, and their applications.
• Exposure and awareness to be able to work with Docker, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, and Kafka.
• Exposure to working with automation test tools and frameworks
• Awareness of Performance Testing and Load Testing using tools like JMeter.
• Understanding of Web application testing along with REST APIs.
• Understanding of Database concepts and writing SQL queries.
• Understanding CI-CD pipelines: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Awareness of defect management tools like Jira
• Knowledge of automated builds and deployment processes using GIT or other SCM, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Awareness of Apache/Tomcat web servers.
• Must be a critical thinker with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Good communication skills are important to be able to work with global teams.

• Experience:  0 - 2+ Years

• Skills: Technical support, IT support, networking, or related fields
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Qualys Security Applications via phone, email, and MS Teams.
• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues on our SaaS-based platform.
• Ensure clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers throughout the support process.
• Work closely with internal Engineering and QA teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Gain hands-on experience in cloud security, vulnerability management, and enterprise networking tools.
• Continually build your knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity, system administration, and network protocols.

Required Skills:

• 0–2+ years of experience in technical support, IT support, networking, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Working knowledge of either Linux/Unix or Windows operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to basic scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with web services like IIS, Apache, or Nginx.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals (vulnerabilities, threat types, false positives).
• Awareness of tools like Packet Capture (Wireshark), SSH, or system monitoring tools.
• Understanding of API concepts and basic regular expressions (Regex).
• Familiarity with support tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CEH, or equivalent (not mandatory but a plus).
