Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (e.g., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, B.Tech, etc.)/Degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields -
Batch: 2024, 2025, 2026 -
Duration : 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and assist in assigned tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Learn and apply company-specific systems, processes, and tools.
- Support project teams with data entry, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed progress.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a productive and inclusive learning environment.
- Demonstrate curiosity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in learning and task execution.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, B.Tech, etc.)/Degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Recent graduates or final-year students eligible under the Apprenticeship Act/NAPS/NATS
- No prior work experience required.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional setting.
- Basic communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills preferred.
